“Account” tab
Contact details
This category contains your contact details that you provided during registration.
You can edit them only with the help of your manager. If you don’t have a manager – write to me in telegram @partnermanager1x.
On your own, you can only change the country and language for notifications.If you have changed something – do not forget to save by clicking on the button.
Payment details
Shown here is your preferred payment method and payout account. In the example, the player’s account and his number are indicated.
You specify this information during registration, but you must then confirm your payment method via support mail, otherwise your earnings will not come.
To view support, you need to go to the site partners1xbet.com from a browser, “Contacts” tab.
1xbet offers many payment methods (from crypto and e-wallets to player account).
And write a message to the support mail: “Hello, approve the payment method. My affiliate ID 123456, payment method – player account 14523678.”

If you have just signed up for the affiliate program, as well as for any changes in the payout method you need to write to the manager @partnermanager1x and to the support mail.
Subscriptions
I think everything is very clear here. Subscriptions can be edited – unsubscribe from something, and leave something.
For partners without a manager, I definitely advise you to leave notifications about new domains, as sometimes domains change and your links may not work.
If you do not want to monitor new domains – write to me @partnermanager1x and I will make a link with the eternal domain.
Manage two-factor authentication
Optionally, you can enable 2FA to login to your account.
1. Add Partners-1xBet to Google Authenticator
Open Google Authenticator and add Partners-1xBet by scanning the QR code.
2. Enter a 6-digit Google Authenticator code
Please ensure that Partners-1xBet has been added to Google Authenticator correctly by entering the 6-digit Partners-1xBet code generated by Google Authenticator below. Then click “Enable”.
Be sure to save the registration key, because if you lose your phone, you will not be able to log into your account.
Disabling 2FA is only possible via support mail (support response time is 3 working days).
Change password
Here you need to enter the old password and the new password, save the changes.
forgot password
If you forgot your password in the 1xbet affiliate program, you can get a new one when you log in to your account by clicking on the “Forgot password” button. Enter your username and email that you provided during registration.
You will receive a new password by email, which you can later change in the “Account” tab.
I advise you to use a password manager or write down all your logins and passwords from the 1xbet affiliate program in a notebook.
“contacts” tab
I have already written many times that the “Contacts” tab is needed to correctly display your support so that you can quickly set up your payment method or ask for help.
So, to see your support contact, be sure to use the 1xbet affiliate program website, and not the application. Because the application shows support incorrectly! You will have access to support email from any domain.
For clarity, I will show you an example of how the same support is displayed from different domains.

Support email is not displayed
Sometimes our partners have a situation where when you click on the “Contacts” tab, support is not displayed. As shown in the screenshot.
To solve this problem, switch the language of your affiliate account to the one you specified when registering and reload the page – this should help.
